From new lead to signed application.
Amortize is where loan officers run the whole day: pricing from wholesale lenders, quotes built for a borrower’s phone, texting and calling from your own numbers, follow-up that keeps going on its own, and a borrower application with e-sign.
$100 a month per loan officer after the trial. Card collected at checkout.

9:02 AM. Sarah adds Roger.
Every borrower gets one page.
Conversation, quotes, amortization, documents, notes and campaigns sit on one screen. Open a lead and you have the whole file.
- A lead score that tells you who to call now.
- Upload a credit report and AI fills in the liabilities for you to review.
- Book the call from a follow-up and it shows on your Amortize calendar.

Sample data.
9:03 AM. Priced before the coffee’s poured.
Price once. Quote four ways.
Pricing comes from the rate sheets on your account, with QM and APR shown for every option. Move along the points-and-credit ladder and the payment follows, then add the options you want to the quote.

9:41 AM. Roger opens the quote.
A quote they can read on their phone.
Every quote gets its own page: the payment broken into its parts, each option one tap away, and you right beside it. Send a payoff link too, so he can see what paying a little extra does.

4:02 PM. Sarah calls, like he asked.
Texts and calls in one thread.
Text borrowers from carrier-registered numbers, photos included. Call from the browser, and every call lands in the thread next to the texts. Work a list with the power dialer.
Recording stays off until you turn it on. Calls that need everyone’s consent are recorded only after you confirm you’ll tell the other party.
A STOP reply marks the lead do-not-contact, and AI catches the opt-outs that don’t say STOP.
Wednesday to Friday. Roger hears from Sarah, on schedule.
Follow-up that keeps going while you’re on other calls.
Build a sequence once: texts, quotes that build and send themselves, and call tasks for you. Test two versions of a message. Campaign texts wait out quiet hours and your delivery windows on their own.
Friday. Roger moves to Warm.
Drag the deal forward.
Pipelines that match how you work, shared across your organization, with a team view for admins. When you need the whole book, the leads table filters, tags, merges duplicates and acts in bulk.
Try it: drag Roger to Warm.
Build your pipelineMonday. Roger applies and signs.
Application, documents, signature. Same borrower, same file.
Send Roger a mobile application with room for a co-borrower. He uploads documents securely and signs in the app. You get the file back as a MISMO 3.4 export or a PDF.

Every morning starts with who to call.
Today shows who needs a reply, which leads are heating up and what’s due. Below it: your funnel in dollars by stage, where your leads come from, and a map of where they live.
Run a team on the same screens.
Team leads get date-ranged metrics for everyone they lead and can view their team members’ workspaces. Admins manage seats and set lender and compensation settings for the whole organization.

Questions, answered
Do you ask for a credit card?
Yes. Checkout asks for a card to start your 14-day trial. You’re billed $100 a month ($50 if you text through Bonzo) when the trial ends.
Does Amortize work with Bonzo?
Yes. If your team texts through Bonzo, connect it instead of an Amortize number and keep your pipelines and do-not-contact list in sync.
Which lenders can I price?
Pricing is configured for your account during onboarding, from the rate sheets of the lenders you work with.
Is Amortize a lender?
No. Amortize is software for loan officers. It does not originate loans.
What does Amortize do to help with texting rules?
Campaign texts are held outside 8 AM to 9 PM in the borrower’s time zone. The dialer skips do-not-contact leads and after-hours calls. On Amortize numbers, STOP and opt-out replies mark the lead do-not-contact. You’re still responsible for having consent to contact.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you turn recording on. Calls that need everyone’s consent are recorded only after you confirm you’ll tell the other party.
Do you support teams?
Yes. Admins manage seats and organization-wide lender and compensation settings. Team leads get team metrics and can view their team members’ workspaces. Team pricing is available.
